Charlotte is a science graduate and holistic therapist trained in the disciplines of Swedish (Holistic) Massage, Indian Head Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Hot Stones Massage and Reiki (I, II and Master/Teacher).She is also a Certified Infant Massage Instructor with the International Association of Infant Massage (IAIM).

Based in Filkins, Gloucestershire, Charlotte runs an holistic therapy business out of a delightful room for people who wish to get away from the distractions that home can sometimes bring.

Looking at a person's lifestyle and individuality, she treats her clients from a perspective that incorporates their mind as well as their body and not just by the symptoms they may present. Charlotte has a fascination for how incredible the body is at forgiving the pressures we put on it and its ability to heal itself. Through observing just how hectic lifestyles are becoming, she is on a personal mission to help people remove stress from their lives based on the very truthful principle that a healthy mind means a healthy body.

Her Cotswold Baby Massage classes are for parents and babies aged 0-1. A wonderful way for parent and baby to build on life-long bonds through positive nurturing touch.

Alongside her massage business Charlotte is a freelance writer and has written many features on the subject of complementary health for magazines such as Time Out (Editor of the Mind, Body, Spirit section), Good Living and Emirates Woman.

As part of her continual development programme she is studying Herbal Medicine for the home pharmacy through Dr Ann Walker and Dr Alan Lakin of the New Vitality Tuition group and plans to add more strings to her portfolio bow in the coming months. She also attends a regular meditation development group for focus and occasionally runs one of her own.
